How do I reset my password?

Go to the sign in page and click "Forgot your password?" to receive a reset link via email.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your Pro subscription anytime from your account settings. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Email hello@lizplants.com and I'll take care of it. All your data will be removed within 30 days.

My scan didn't work correctly

Make sure your photo is well-lit and includes both the front and back of the seed packet. If you're still having trouble, email me the photo and I'll look into it.
